For our family, organic and sustainable farming is more than a job, it is a way of life. In our beloved Sicily, we try to pursue an idea of respect for the environment and biodiversity.

All the wheat we use for the production of our pasta is grown strictly according to organic rules.

They are excellent industrial wheat varieties selected for their high yield and pasta quality, they give a very aldent pasta and use very little soil; they can be grown without fertilisers and have developed a great ability to compete with weeds and use only water from winter rains.

To get the most out of the pasta shapes you have received, I recommend boiling the water, adding salt and lowering the pasta while it is boiling, stirring occasionally. To enjoy it better, I recommend tasting it several times before draining it. Perfect for pasta alla norma or alla carbonara.

Store the product in a dark, dry place. If the package is not opened, it will keep for up to 2 years.
